Anne-Lyse Wealth: This is The Dreamers Podcast, episode 134. Today is February 6th, 2024. what if you only had one year to live, how would you live your life?
Hello, welcome to The Dreamers Podcast. I'm your host, Anlise Wealth, and honored that you've decided to tune in for today's episode? I can't believe that it's been 134 episodes.
I remember starting this podcast three years ago initially
I plan to record this episode and launch season six this week, but as you know, and as I know, life doesn't always go as planned. So this episode is a different one. It's very different than what I expected to do in the sense that of being the first episode of season six,
It is actually an announcement episode and I'm not ending the show, but I'm putting the show on hiatus for now. it's been such an amazing journey so far. I still remember three years ago starting
I've been so amazed by what the podcast has done for me, the amazing people that I've met, the strangers that I've reached out to me and told me that my podcast has helped them. I really care about financial literacy and I really care about spreading the message. So the journey has been nothing but extraordinary for me, but
I've also shared not long ago that. In the past couple years, my life has been very intense and I'm not complaining. It's been great, but there's been a lot of work, a lot of travel. and really I was doing the most and my body has taken a hit from it and told me that I needed to slow down.
So this is the year of scaling back.
So 2024, I'm going to be even more intentional on not only focusing on what matters most to me, which is my faith, my family, my health, but also I'm not, I'm not going to be extreme with anything outside of those three things.
I really wanted to take the time to come on and share this with you. and remember It is a pause, so I can slow down, so I can recharge, so I can enjoy. My family, so I can focus on my health and I remember a few episodes ago, I asked this question because sometimes we are so used to living life fast.
we don't necessarily stop and take the time to think about what we're doing and if the way we're living our life is. Aligned with what we want, or if we're just going through an emotion. I remember when I first heard that question years ago, that really made me think, but I really wanted live you guys today with this question as well, what if you only had one year to live, how would you live your life?
Can you start making some changes today so you can always live your life the way you intend to? when you think about it, are you 100 percent satisfied with the way you're living your life? Can you make some adjustments So you always live your life the way you intend to, you don't have to make drastic changes today, but it all starts with small steps.
So what small step can you make today to live a life that will make you 100 percent satisfied? If this. Was your last year on earth. that's the question that I wanted to leave you with, and that's what I'm gonna be pursuing this year. And again, just consider this a sabbatical.
I'll be back. So don't unfollow the show. Don't unsubscribe. but until then dreamer, keep on believing in the dream. Keep on fighting for financial independence so you can live your wealthy life on purpose, until next time
I'm Anne-Lyse Wealth signing off. Bye.
